Our Story
Mommy's Planet was born from one simple idea: bringing the comforting taste of South Indian home cooking to families in Vancouver.
Growing up in Bangalore, fresh dosas were a part of everyday life. After moving to Canada, I missed that authentic taste and realized many others did too. So I started making fresh, stone-ground dosa batter using the same traditional methods and recipes I grew up with.
Today, we're proud to serve hot Bangalore-style dosas at Vancouver Farmers Markets while helping families recreate those same flavours at home with our fresh dosa batter, Mysore Masala Paste, and Garlic Podi.
Every batch is made with care, because food isn't just about eating. It's about feeling at home.
